September rotation check in-week 2 is evil

Hello fellow rotationers!

Is it just me or are other people finding that week 2 is just plain evil}( ? Today was supposed to be MIS again and I found that I hadn't fully recovered from doing it on Tuesday and intense cardio yesterday, so I substituted another workout to make it a little easier. I hope that I'm up for Leaner Legs tomorrow. I also hope that my legs aren't so fried that I flail on the cardio portion. For me, that could be a distinct possibility:eek: . I'm sure that I'll see or feel an improvement in myself after this week is over. Man, that Cathe sure can bring the torture and can crack the whip!

Hi Sabine! This rotation is certainly kicking my butt big time!! I plan on leaving out Leaner Legs simply b/c doing MIS 2x this week was sufficient enough leg work for me. Plus I think I'm going to need the extra days off don't you? My legs are killing me!!:D Not looking forward to next week. LOL:eek: Take care, Kathy:)

Yeah ,this rotation really kicks butt! Or mine anyway.I didn't get to sore from doing MIS.I really enjoyed doing it b/c I haven't done it in a while.I have been putting some running into this week as well.
I think I may to a ctx Cardio tomorrow morning before I go to work.I use to work out in the morning ALL the time, I should try to get back into it.

I am also enjoying this rotation. I have been adding a little extra running to it. I loved the IMAX and IMAX 2 cardios this week, doing half and half. Having loads of fun. Not sure if I am ready for another total body workout tonight or not either. x(

This week I am substituing MIC for the Imax workouts. I did the Imax workouts last week. I too am really enjoying MIS. I have felt nice and sore...not too sore, but I know my body has been worked and I like that feeling every now and then. This rotation has helped me shake things up! Tomorrow is the dreaded LL! I have to be honest and say I'm not exactly looking forward to that workout tomorrow! I'm off to do some cardio! I have switched my schedule around this week from extremely early a.m. workouts to early evening workouts. I think I may have to switch back to the early a.m. workouts as I seem to perform better then. I guess my body is just used to that?! I hope everyone has a great weekend!:7
 
This is my first time doing a Cathe-suggested rotation. I've been following it, though, and looking forward to working out. I was dreading the Leaner Legs and run workout today, but I did it!! Yes, my legs are like jelly, and I am craving steak like I crazy, and usually I hardly eat it. I'm seeing good results, so that makes me happy too. Of course, I have started to say mean and nasty things to Cathe during the workouts, but I'm sure she understands!!x( x(
 
I was dreading LL so much that I did not do it until 9 tonight! Wow...I must work this into my rotation more often! Killer workout! Instead of the running sprints I did Imax 2 Intervals 6-10! My legs felt like jello. I followed up with the Imax 2 stretch and the LL stretch. I am wondering how my poor legs will feel when I get up tomorrow morning! I may have to get my husband to push me out of bed in the a.m. Luckily I don't have to go anywhere until early evening. I plan on eating a leisurely breakfast and a nice unrushed cup of coffe or two in the morning! Have a great weekend everyone!:p
