Hello fellow rotationers!
Is it just me or are other people finding that week 2 is just plain evil}( ? Today was supposed to be MIS again and I found that I hadn't fully recovered from doing it on Tuesday and intense cardio yesterday, so I substituted another workout to make it a little easier. I hope that I'm up for Leaner Legs tomorrow. I also hope that my legs aren't so fried that I flail on the cardio portion. For me, that could be a distinct possibility
. I'm sure that I'll see or feel an improvement in myself after this week is over. Man, that Cathe sure can bring the torture and can crack the whip!
