Week two starts today for me.
I did finish week 1 pretty much as scheduled. I enjoyed doing PH twice. With all the newer workouts, I have not done this one recently. However, when I purchased it in 2001, I did it 2-3 times per week for 8 weeks alt. w/ CK. I was really sick of it & CK. Anyway, I found it easier than I remembered. It isn't easy though. But, I have increased my weights accross the board. And I remember when I couldn't even complete the low ends on the squats and lunges with light weight. Now my weight is equal to or greater than Cathe's and I complete all reps. It is nice to see a measure of improvement!
So, back to week 2. Day one is SJP. That will be today's workout.
How is everyone liking this rotation? So far so good here.
