Good morning all -

I did Leaner Legs this morning for the first time. Holy cow was that hard! Thankfully, it was also a short workout. I'm doing treadmill interval running at lunchtime and Power Hour tonight. Tomorrow I'm doing Circuit Max and the extra ab work.

I swear, I'm going to shed this fat if it kills me! }(

Have a great weekend everybody. It is supposed to be a beauty here in the mid-atlantic and northeast. Thoughts and prayers are with everybody in Florida and along the coast.

Today is Power Hour for me.

Boy, Shopgirl, you are really doing a lot. Just a reminder that you can sabatoge yourself by doing too much.:-( Power Hour and Leaner Legs in one day....WOW!
 
I'll be careful not to over train. There are only 2 days a week where I double my workouts (usually Wed. and Fri) and Sun is always a rest day for me, in both my workout and diet.

Thanks for the reminder though. :)
 
Hi Ladies,

This morning was Power Hour as scheduled. I've been doubling up my workouts for a long time, but have started feeling tired lately. Probably just PMS as my eating is out of control yesterday and today. Also just overwhelmed with the day to day activities, kids, pto meetings, booster club meetings, my kids' sports that are every day. Okay, now I'm ranting-sorry. Will probably take Sat. off just to do nothing.

I also did Power Hour tonight. I sure didn't feel like working out after work but feel so good now that I did do it!

Yesterday I did KPC instead of Cardio Kicks. I don't have Cardio Kicks so I thought this was the best subsitute. Also did a few minutes of a pilates tape.

I hope to get up early and do the run/ab marathon tomorrow. I haven't ran in ages so should be interesting, I'm glad it's only 30 minutes. Kim
