Good morning
I don't even have to get up this early, my body is just waking up this time because I get up for work this time. I do have to work today from noon -3 i'm suppose to be off but someone is sick:( Yesterday I did BM2 bonus cardio and interval blast, Imax 3 combos only and b&g's ball abs. I went to GNC yesterday and got some joint supplements for my knees. They have a new product called TriFlex and it seems to work right away:) Today is back and shoulders gym style.

Good Morning Randi and all who follow,

Today is PLB...I'm looking forward to it today. I don't have to work until 1 and it's nice to not have to "rush" through workouts, mentally or physically.

Randi- Have a great workout today!! Let me know how those supplements work for you....

Good morning Randi

I know what you mean about our bodies getting used to getting up early. I didn't have to get up as early this morning.:) Sounds like you had a great work out yesterday. How do you come up with your workouts? you seem to mix a bunch of different ones together.

Today is a rest day for me. It my first one in two weeks. To think last night I was thinking if I take DS to hockey practice this AM I will run on the track. His practice this morning is at Holy Cross College and they have a really nice track there. But DH took him. I am getting ready for church.

Last night driving home from DS practice was terrible we were getting rain from Hannah. Ugh I felt like I was driving in a snow storm. I was grasping the steering wheel so tight. This guy was out on his motorcycle CRAZY:confused: I was afraid to pass him. (double lane highway.)

I hope eveyone made out OK from Hannah and I will be praying for those who will be getting Ike. I heard this AM it is a catagory 4. :(

Have a great day.

Good morning all!

Randi -- you amaze me with how buff you are. I hope you have great workout.
Iris -- Have fun with PLB and enjoy the time.
Lori -- It sounds like Hannah has been giving some bad rain on the east coast. I know how stressful it is driving in those weather conditions. DH has family in the hurricane zone so we're praying that everyone can come out of hurricane season all right.

Couple things - if I don't mention this, he's going to cry...DH managed to do 5 Cathe workouts last week. He said, he's both proud and in pain. :) My experiment got contaminated so I was crying because I don't really know how I'm going to graduate at this abysmal rate, but it changes what I have to do today so more workout time so yay, right? Also, I'm thrilled because the heat finally left so its actually pleasant outside. Last night was the first day in a long time where I could open up the windows and turn off the A/C.

Not sure what I'm going to workout to yet -- maybe the BM2 cardio parts and a separate weight lifting section. I'm going to take advantage of all the time I'm getting too so I don't have to rush my Sunday.

Hi All!

I'm back from the wet windy weather we had and we had some cleanup to do but thankfully nothing major.

The sun is out shining brightly and all is well as it should be.

I've caught a cold from my youngest (it was due to happen w/ school back in session) so yesterday and today I decided to give my body the rest it has been craving plus AF came the day of the storm (how fitting)

I just came on to pop in and say Hiya!

I'll be back tomorow for now its a family day with us being sick so it's soup and movie rentals here.

Hi everyone!

It's Sunday, and I'm off from work! I should be happy, but I'm not so much. The toe thing continues to get me down :(

BUT... I read in the Sunday paper that Wii Sport Punching is even BETTER and BURNS EVEN MORE CALORIES than a REAL PUNCHING BAG! So I'm going to wrastle the WII away from my boys either later today, or tomorrow , and get in some cardio by punching!

I might just do some stretching today... I feel so lame.

I DID manage to eat CLEAN yesterday, no Fluff, no PB. But it was a tough day. Not sure how I managed. But I have to manage today as well.

Randi: You do find the best premixes/combos! They sound fun too! 3 hours at work should fly, and you'll get OT pay, right?

Iris: Hope PLB goes well for ya! Enjoy your morning..

Lori: Yep, the rain and winds were nasty last night. Today it's GORGEOUS, but VERY windy! I have the windows open today, and the cats are all in the windows, soaking up the sun and breeze.

Gosh, we haven't heard from Vilma! hope she isn't without power for all this time!!

Hottie: High-5's to your DH!!! Tell him he ROCKS! I love that he does Cathe and finds them tough. Although my DH would NOT argue as to the difficulty of Cathe workouts. He usually will sit there with his mouth dropped to the floor when he's in the room with me. Hope your day goes well, enjoy the free time, and hope your experiment gets straightened out!

BBL..I'm sure... just hanging in my Jammies today . I'm going to be a BUM!! Because I CAN and I WANNA be!

Vilma!!

We must have posted at the same time!

Good to *see* you and hear you're doing ok...

~Chris

Hey
Lori- I just think of it when i'm actually working out what i'm going to do next. But I always know what i'm doin that day whether it's cardio or weight training
Hottie Thank you very much for saying that!!!!!!
Vilma get better enjoy your rest day:)
Iris I love PLB! I'm liking the supplements already!:)

Hey Everyone! Randi, yes, as everyone says -- your workouts are so creative (and tough!). All I can manage is to put a disc in and go with it. :) I did Rumble for the first time today -- Chris, I definitely thought about you, sitting and punching. :)

Hope everyone is surviving their weather! I hate driving in stuff like that, Lori. And Hottie, I'm jealous your heat spell broke -- we've got ours another day. This next week it's supposed to be 10 degrees cooler, which will still be hot, but better. I was going to run this morning, but couldn't face that heat, hence the switch to Rumble. For me it was a pretty good workout. Amy hops a lot during it, and I tried to keep that going as much as possible to intensify, because I've heard people complain about it not being intsense enough. My HRM said something like 404 calories burned, avg. heart rate about 133, max was 157, I think. Pretty good for something people say is not intense, I think. I did wear weighted gloves when she did, and I actually stopped early because the stuff with the punching bag started to bore me.

Happy Sunday......

-Beth

Hi ladies..

Checking in with Body Max 2 done. It felt good to get that one done..Feeling alot better and I even think the workout helped th headache a little today..I did do the cardio on a 6" step in anticipation that I wasn't up for 8"..I was still sweating like crazy..

We got ALOT of rain and wind here yesterday from Hanna. It passed through here and was gone by evening..

Hey Hey...

Been having a super tough day here. But I'm trying to look at the bright side of things.

My son's blood sugars have been so messed up. I've had to stick him 6 times with needles (usually it's ONE every THREE days!). It's making me frustrated , and I'm trying really hard not to use food as a tool. So far, so good!

I did do 30 Minutes of WII Boxing Bag and Dodging (a "trainer" throws balls at you, and you need to duck back and forth to dodge them). I burned almost 250 calories!

I made a nice Core Peach Cobbler (it's cooling now). Think I'll go shower and maybe have a tea to chill me out. And then start roasting a chicken for supper...

Beth: Funny you thought of me punching! the backs of my arms were KILLING me doing the WII Punching bag today. One of the reasons I needed t stop earlier than I'd wanted to. Sorry it's too hot for a run. i wish it were here too, and I wouldn't feel so bad. But it's perfect running weather here today! That Rumble sounds intense enough! It's not supposed to be? Maybe the shuffling and weighted gloves were the kickers!

Kathy: Glad to hear you're feeling better! And :

for doing BM2!!!! Sorry the headache is persisting. Could it partially be hormonal too?

Okay, off to the shower for me!

Thanks Chris..I think the headache is from this darn sore neck. When I rub the neck muscles, it seems better. I put icy hot on it last night and the headache was better. It actually felt good to do today's workout. I think it will get better soon. Just like a few weeks ago when I overdid the back and it was in pain..Anytime my neck muscles hurt, it bothers my headache. It is more of an annoying headache now..Glad you got some Wii action in today..Sounds fun. My kids loved playing at my sister's house when we were there. We don't have one at our house!!
