Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: Sept 25th 9:15am EST live class will be Total Body Reps Live. This total body strength training class will focus on moderate weight with high repetitions to bring each isolated muscle group to total exhaustion. Get ready to seriously shape, define (and burn, wink) your muscles!!!

Equipment needed:
A barbell with a small, medium & large plate on each side (to start your workout your barbell just needs to have one big plate on each side).

A set of varied handweights: 8's, 12's, 15's

A full sized step (to be used as a weight bench only) with three risers underneath for best comfort with selected exercises.

A fitness mat
