Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Sept 17, 2020 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “PHA Supersets”. In traditional
PHA we alternate upper and lower body exercises but with PHA Supersets we alternate two upper body exercises with two lower body exercises. We’ll do this pattern for a group of various exercises and then repeat them. After that we’ll
have a new group of upper upper/ lower lower exercises, and repeat those as well.

Equipment Needed:

A fitness loop

A variety of weighted dumbbells. I’ll be using 5, 10, 12, 15, 30 and 40 pounds

Fitness mat (optional for any exercise you prefer to do on your knees instead of toes).



I thought I would be doing today's PHA workout but I could not get Cathe Live to play on any of my devices.
Same here...Wonder if it’s related to time change 9:30 vs 9:15? I’m not sure why that would interfere with getting on though...sigh...workout will have to wait for me until it’s recorded I guess. Good thing for me I’m off work today and can make it work!
