Separate cardio and weights

Now that we've got a good selection of cardio + weights workouts, it's time for some more separate cardio or weight workouts!

I'd like to see a three-day split built around bench presses (and other chest/shoulder/tricep work, but emphasizing heavy chest work); squats (and other leg work); and deadlifts (the REAL 'from the floor' kind, which are a great way to build overall strength. I find these work best at home by using two step risers on each side to set a bar on, since home-size weight plates don't get the bar up high enough for most people). The deadlift workout would emphasize heavy daedlifts, but also do back and biceps, and have some Romanian deadlifts in as well.
 
As much as I love the new workouts, I did realize that we were getting some more excellent crosstrainers...which can be hard to integrate into any rotation. Being a die-hard heavy lifter, I'd love to see some separate weight training videos that have true supersets, alternating between anything---back, then biceps, for instance, to have active recoveries with true rests for shorter, heavier reps to exhaustion. I'd love to see Romanian deadlifts, would be psyched to see pull-ups, and would just go to heaven if there were chin-ups (assisted would be fine:) ) The three day split with bench presses would suit me fine ('til I couldn't open my arms out:)
