Hi All!
After doing S&H Chest & Back today for the first time (I'm loving this series so far!), I decided to tack on a little extra back work and try out my new B-lines bands. I ordered the "mens set" from BB, and at Kathryn's suggestion, got the door attachemnt from Sissel - what a GREAT combo!!!!! Just to try it out I did a few lat pull variations with the red band (30 lbs), and it felt pretty good, but not terribly challenging. I haven't tried out the green band yet, which is 40 lbs of resistance, so maybe that one will be the perfect fit for me.
Does anyone here have and use any of the larger bands? I'm dabbling with the idea of ordering the blue and black (45 & 50 lbs), but don't know if I'm nuts.
Also, any tips on what has worked well for you with these bands? For lat/back work, do you attach the door attachment up high only, or can you also put it at the lower hinge and do rows that way?
I really think I'm going to like them, especially for back work - I LOVE lat pull downs at the gym, so I'm incredibly excited that I can simulate them at home now.
Thx!
