Selecting dvd?

Hello Everyone,

I need to treat myself to two dvds. i have already HC. becuase i will not attend the trip so i should just go ahead and treat myself for my b'day to two kathy dvds/.

any suggestions friends.

Since I don't know what you have besides HC, or what you like, this is just a shot in the dark, but I suggest two DVD's from the Intensity Series: The Pyramids (a great, 2-day split routine with a premix that combines them) and Bootcamp/ME (a tough cardio and weights circuit workout with some good premixes, and a full=body weight workout). If you like kickboxing, then you might like the KPC/Legs and glutes DVD instead. The Intensity Series is still Cathe's most perfectly balanced series, IMO.

I recommend IMO the slow & Heavy series. This workout is awesome for building muscle and definition. The other one I just ordered is KPC/LG. This has some great premixes. If you don't like the slow and heavy series, You could try PUB/PLB.


I hope this has helped you some. And I treat myself to dvds all the time. I use every holiday there is to get one. It's great you are treating yourself.

thank girls for the reply. i am sorry i forgot to said that i already have kpc, terminator. pyramid. i just want more definition i dont want to lose anymore weight. my weight is fine the way it is.

You should try slow and heavy series. It is excellent for giving definition. I think you would really like it. Back & chest, shoulders & legs, triceps and biceps come on this one dvd.
