Seeking Recommendations

Hello,

I am looking to purchase "some" of the hardcore series dvds. I would like some new workouts to substitute my current rotation. I'm looking at the following:

High Step Challenge
IMAX3
Muscle Max
Low Max

Has anyone done high step challenge yet? Also, can IMAX3 and Low Max be done back to back, ie, Monday and Tuesday? Any insight into what you liked and/or didn't like about any of these would be great! Or if you think I might be better off with any of the others, too.

I've done HSC once. Liked it, but always have a tough time figuring out how to use circuit workouts on a consistent basis.

Low Max is an interval workout like IMAX3 but you might not get as high of a heart rate. People seem to be all over the board with Low Max. I stayed aerobic, but used a 6" step. Cathe uses an 8" step to add intensity. The premixes give you the option of doing either workout without the blasts if you want.

I enjoyed Muscle Max a lot. Similar to MIS with some updates like using the band. I'm happy to see some pauses between sets for stretching that's been rushed or missing in some recent workouts. The tempo felt good & I didn't ever get the feeling like a set was never ever going to end. Good core work too.
