Searching for good old floor cardio aerobics video. Any suggestions?

I have a question about choosing a good cardio video. I'm looking for a video that I can do (or maybe a good premix of a video) that I can pop in AFTER I do strength training, such as Muscle Endurance or Power Hour-and I'm not looking for any step aerobics, just good old floor cardio. Any suggestions?

Cathe offers several floor cardio routines, most of which are cuddled up among other modes. The floor cardio (both traditional hi/lo and kickboxing, not to mention Boot Camp which I'll mention in a minute) is so good on its own it'll be worth the expense, even if you're not interested in the step segments.

Maximum Intensity Cardio ("MIC" to the seasoned Cathe-ites), contained on the same DVD as Rhythmic Step and Interval Max (the step interval routine that got Cathe's rep as the queen of interval workouts started; mother of I-Max 2 and I-Max 3)

Step Jump Pump ("SJP"), contained on the same DVD as Step Blast; there is a segment that consists of four 4.5 to 5-minute hi/lo cardio interspersed with resistance circuit cycles; there is also a premix called "Hi/Lo Add-On" that is strictly the hi/lo segments;

Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks (one DVD; two great workouts); Circuit Max is the pre-eminent circuit routine with 6 5-minute segments of cardio interspersed with 6 2-minute compound (upper+lower body) weight resistance cycles; the first two cardio segments are incredible hi/lo, the third cardio segment is floor kickbox; the fourth cardio segment is step-kickbox and the last two cardio segments are traditional step. It is very easy, after each cardio segment, to grab the remote and fast-forward through the resistance cycles. Cardio Kicks is a "kickbox-flavored" floor routine that has an extended steady-state cardio focus for the first 35-40 minutes and a 15-minute power drills segment that is interval focused. (Love love love the power drills segment.)

The Cross Train Express series ("CTX") contains 5 cardio+weight workouts and a stand-alone leg workout as its sixth workout (four of these also include floor and plank core/ab work), and the cardio includes hi/lo and kickbox. Great value, and probably a good addition to your weight training system as well.

Boot Camp (on the same DVD as Muscle Endurance) has 8 nosebleed cardio segments that are floor oriented; there is a cardio-only premix. The Cardio+Lower-Body premix is good for elevated heart rate as well.

Kick Punch Crunch (on the same DVD as Legs & Glutes) ("KPC") and Kick Max (on one DVD) are also good floor cardio with, of course, a kickbox focus.

Hope this gives you some ideas!

Okay, scratch the paragraph on CTX; I see from the Ask Cathe forum you already have that one.
