Sculpting workouts?

I've just started working out twice a day, and have been only doing cardio in the mornings, but I'm thinking about doing some "sculpting" workouts instead, like Chalean's T3 or BBL High & Tight. But I'm not sure how those fit in. Can I do a sculpting workout the same day as a weight workout, or are they considered weight workouts, and should be done a day apart from other weight workouts (not sure if that made sense, lol). I guess I'm confused as to how this type of workout fits into my schedule...TIA!!

my understanding is that "weight bearing" excercises (weights, bands, pilates) need 48 hours between muscle groups...With the exception of abs/core which can be done on a daily basis...

Ok, so regardless of if it's a sculpting workout, vs. STS or something, I should still leave 48 hours inbetween. Thanks, that was what I was looking for!!

Ofcourse, there is always the free style way of training the lower body which allows you to work it on back to back days with light weights (or no weights) AND in CLX Chalene does an endurance work out the day after a heavy weight work out.

Just food for thought to confuse you even more! ;):D

Why doesn't the back/belly muscles need to recover? I have read that before, I'm just trying to understand.
