schedule

I'm a night nurse in an ER; I work 12 hour shifts which means 2-3 back to back. Needless to say, I sleep during the day in between those shifts therefore not exercising. Being my schedule is complicated I find it hard to be consistent in exercising. I exercise every night I have off. Sometimes I am able to exercise before I go to work (shift starts at 6p). What I'm asking, I guess, is if you'll help me make a schedule for my workouts. I enjoy your step cardio very much-you are truely a wonderful teacher and I understand why you've attained a "cult" status. But I've also fallen in love with your strength workouts in the past couple months. I commented in a previous post on your ab strength belonging in another solar sytem from mine.... But I digress.
How can I make a schedule to include 30min of cardio with a strength DVD as well- and accomplish that 5d/wk.Thank you-I know it was a bit long-winded...god I hope this all made sense.........
And by the way I would love to come and see you in person sometime...JULES:}(
