Which is more accurate a tanati body fat scale or a scale the you have to balance ( like the ones at a doctors office ). I weighted myself on both and it gave me two diffrent numbers. Plese Help!

Well, I would say the Dr.'s office scale, for this reason: the Tanita scale is basically just you're average digital read-out scale when it comes to measuring your actual weight. The body fat measurement is the unique thing about it, and you can't measure your body fat on the Dr.'s scale you mention, only your actual weight.
