OK I just got a bonus at work and should be putting it all away, but I am going to order one dvd to tide me over until I finally get my CTX series!!! Which one should I get?? Here is what I have already...

Intensity Series
S&H
HSTA
KPC & Legs and Glutes (I LOVE THIS DVD!!)
Circuit Max
PH/MIS/BM
RS/MIC/Imax

I do add jogging in during the summer, but I usually do more of that in the fall - its so muggy in Nebraska in the summer :(

Reba...I have the SS/PP DVD and the premixes are great. But there is not any cardio, just lifting. I have the other workouts mentioned in VHS and they are also good. SB is just stepping and fun. SJP is more of circuit workout and also fun. I think you just need all the workouts like the rest of us...:)...Carole

It depends on what you need. SB is a cardio workout. SJP is a circuit-type workout where you do cardio and weights. SS/PP is weight work. I use the SB/SJP a lot; SS/PP, hardly ever, and when I do, I use only the premixes.

I think the majority here think the premixes on the Body Blast series are the best ones. So both those DVD's you mentioned are from the Body Blast series....:)...Carole

Based on what you have, you look to have plenty of weight workouts between PUB/PLB, S&H, MIS, etc.

SS and PP are usually some of the last weight workouts I reach for, they are fun, but not as challenging as others.

I would most assuredly add SB (one of the best ever IMO) and SJP to your collection before SS/PP.
