SATURDAY workouts 3/6

Hello everyone

I celebrated my daughter's birthday by doing Step Jump and Pump. What a workout! I did the whole thing and my hat is off to Cathe. Very well done tape. I loved it! Now this is on my favorite list too.

I haven't done SJP in a while, but I agree, it's a fun and efficient workout! I did KPC Kicking and Punching Premix and a Pilates DVD. Enjoy your daughter's birthday!:)
 
I agree Mari, SJP is one of my favorites too! Thanks for starting this one today..:)..and Happy Birthday to your daughter! I did shoulders and biceps from PH and then the Gauntlet from the Terminator DVD. Finished with the abs from PUB. Felt great. Maybe a trail run tomorrow...:)...Carole

I did 35 mins on the treadmill and then the first half of PLB, except for the leg presses. I can't do all 5 sets of the leg presses and then the lunges and then the squats in the same day, so I add the leg presses to the second half of PLB and do it on a different day (tomorrow). It's still a killer though!
 
Did a premix off of KPC and Legs and Glutes felt good to do cardio again. I will be getting orthotics but I have to wait til I have pre-authorization from the insurance and then go for a casting of my feet and then wait 6-8 weeks for them to come in. I am going to resume moderate cardio until I get the orthotics and I will not do step til I have them. Got a good let work in during the premix too. Felt good to sweat again.:+ :) }( :7
 
RE: workouts 3/6 &3/7

REST days here. The lower body rotation from the generic workouts has been great, but with 3 tennis matches and 5 workouts all with some lower body, I need a couple days rest.
I will begin again on Monday. Working hard 5 days and 2 days rest seems to work well for me.
