I hope everyone is enjoying a restful Saturday.

Here's today's workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 30 min. Metcon Cycle= 43 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 30 min. Full Body Strength & Conditioning = 33 Min

Hi Nora,

Today, just now actually, I did 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some light dumbbells for triceps and shoulders. Some dumbbells were used in the floorwork also.

I am going to do some cardio tomorrow - I've been light on that lately and now that my legs are ~90%, no reason to hold off!! I think it will be Cardio Party! I'll check in tomorrow.
