I do not usually post here, only read. But I can't resist today.Going to Madrid sounds like even more fun than IMAX 2. Probably not to you stayfit, but to a girl who lives on a farm in North Carolina, it sounds wonderful. I will do either IMAX2 or one of Christi Taylor's cardio's when my daughter and I get home from the mall(an hour away from home).

Yesterday I did Cardio and Weights and then KP&C. They both seem too easy.

Have a good one.:D Renee

Good morning Stayfit and Renee....I agree with renee that Madrid sounds fun Stayfit...have a great time!!
Renee..I don't do Cardio & Weights much myself...:(..but I do enjoy KPC
Mari...always happy to be blamed for causing you to be heatlhier with that Vita Mix..:+ :7

Today I'm doing KenopX, AbRipperX, and something for my shoulders, triceps and biceps. Enjoy the day...:)...Carole

Good morning ladies,

Stayfit, whenever my husband and I go shopping I always go look at the workout equipment - I never know if I might find something I can't live without. ;-)

You're right Madrid sounds beautiful and would love to go there someday. I'd probably have more money to go there (or anywhere) if I'd quit buying Cathe DVD's;-)

Renee-I did Cardio and Weights yesterday and used the 8" step and heavier weights -its fun but its just not as tough as other Cathe workouts-good for a light day though.

I don't know what workout I'll do today - I must admit I don't have much motivation so I came here looking for inspiration so now I'll do something I just don't know. I guess it depends on what Cathe workout is screaming my name the loudest:)

Have a great day, Wendy

Good morning everyone, and happy Thanksgiving weekend to the other Canadians,

Well, I DID IT!!! I completed the January/04 rotation! Whew! When I started it four weeks ago, I was quite wary about some of the workout combos she put together, but now my hat is off to her. She knows what she's doing! I would love to do another rotation, but all the ones that look interesting to me have too much running in them. I'd do them anyways, except that winter is fast approaching this northern city, and it becomes much less enjoyable when you're dodging ice and snow, and coming home with frost on your eyebrows. Anyhow, back to the present. The last workout in the rotation was BootCamp. I had a minus 100% desire to do this workout this morning, but put on my game face and did it anyway. Surprisingly, I wound up doing it with more energy than I have in a long time. I terminated those climbers!! Now I feel terrific. Just lovely. Ahhhh..........

Renee, I love Cardio & Weights for a day when my legs need a break; KPC I find to be wonderfully intense, if I throw some muscle into it, without being hard on the joints. This week I'm going to try the 82 minute premix of KPC with Legs & Glutes. That should be a fryer!

Stayfit, have a great time shopping in Madrid! How far away is it from where you live? Long drive? Short drive? I have put the Viper in my schedule for this week, and thought of you. The Terminator is a great dvd.

Have a great day everyone!
Sandra

Hi everybody,

Oh my, oh my, oh my, I did the Bonus workout on the Pyramids DVD this morning. And it is a killer!!! I was actually praying there weren't abs too so I could be done, thankfully there weren't and I could just cool down.

Hope everybody has a great day!!:D

Hallo ladies,

I like Cardio & Weights for a light day too, but I find that since I got the Terminator DVD I don't do it that much anymore, since the it's used some in the Terminator anyway.

This morning I did the Viper, which felt quite tough. That third and fourth Imax2 interval (the 5th and the 9th in the original I believe)is so tough. I barely made it through...! It doesn't seem like it should be so hard with just 4 intervals in the Viper, but boy was I wrong to think that...;)). Anyway, love it! Oh, and I went for a light run in the afternoon too, so I'm really feeling it now. I don't do that much running, so I feel it even more.

Hmmm, I was just wondering what to do tomorrow, the Bonus workout on the Pyramids actually sounds fun, I've never tried it. Unless I'm too sore from the Viper, I'll have to see. What is everybody else planning for tomorrow?

Have a great weekend, ya all
Maria

I went and did 20 min of interval training on the elliptical and then ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill. It felt wonderful. topped it off with some stretching and plank work.

Beautiful day here in California.

Happy Thanksgiving to all you Canadians!!

I have come back.I decided not do IMAX 2 because I wanted to do it with my new step. This morning I have done KPC.I have bought in Madrid my new step.it is like a Cristhmas day. Now I have my new step of sport world here and I can not wait to use it.Tomorrow it is going to be IMAX 2.wendybdh go to spain if you quit buying the cathe dvd.Quit cathe workouts it is an impossible option.I think you are not going to visit Spain in a long time:( :( .Renee and Carole Madrid is awesome, especially if you want to buy equipament, but I prefer to live in Toledo.Madrid as all the capital cities is a stressful city.In Toledo I have clean air and garden and fields to run.Fiddlefit beteween Madrid and Toledo the city where I live there is only an hour by car. i hope all of you had a good day.

Hey Sandra, I too am not much of a runner so in rotations that include running sometimes I just substitute another cardio workout. It works well for me.

Like you stayfit, IMAX 2 did not happen for me today. I did one of Christi's workouts instead. My daughter and I had lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy today and I was afraid IMAX 2 would cause the to-die-for lasagne I had to boil up out of my tummy. Hope everyone had a good Saturday! :D Renee

Mariangeles, I'm so glad you were able to get your new step! Isn't it exciting? Have fun with it tomorrow!
Ruth:)

Thanks for the suggestion, Wendy. I may have to do that. Actually, I might post a request that in future rotations perhaps she could include a video alternative on running days, for those who don't run.

Take care,
Sandra
