Good morning gang

Gorgeous day here in NJ!

I did 40 min on my Nordictrack than about 40 min of abs:

PUB abs
KPC abs
PS abs
PS abs

I used medicine ball instead of the stability ball for all the exercises except the pikes of course. Much harder that way!

I did Circuit Max this morning. I am done. I was back down a half a pound so that was good!!!:7

Sounds like good workouts ladies! Good job on your weight loss Annette. Mari...you do like working those abs...:)...I am doing Ab Ripper, PUB shoulders, tris and biceps then KenpoX...enjoy the nice day...:)...Carole

Hello everybody :). I'm still rotating CTX with yoga and pilates. I'll be on that rotation for a couple of weeks. Yesterday I did S &int (cardio and chest), KF (biceps) and PC (abs & stretch). I have a question though ....is KenpoX a workout I could buy??? I love Kenpo and it would be awesome to have a Kenpo DVD...
 
I am not sure KenpoX is avaliable by itself, it is a DVD that is included with the P90X package. You could check at www.beachbody.com I had never heard of it before, so I would bet there are some other Kenpo workouts out there. Maybe someone else will post them...:)...Carole
