For the first time in the past 3 weeks I enjoyed my strength training again. Actually, I skipped my strength training for most of this week
Just couldn't make myself get out of bed at 5:30AM to do it. And I think that is because I have been doing Power Hour and S&H for the past 14 weeks. I guess I burned out on Power Hour. Today I did MIS and really enjoyed it. Now I am always confused about this, but is MIS strength or endurance based?
