Carole, about being different. Yesterday when I was doing BI-SH-TRI for an hour only the tri kick backs was the stuff Cathe uses too. The rest was totally different. For abs, the whole thing is different (ok,except the bike manouver). I mean you work your abs, but with new more challenging moves. Tony despite his goofy style gives me the impression of an extermely knowledgeble person. He doesn't give many instructions but the few are right on target.
I guess it is quite obvious that I'm totally pschyed about this new stuff!

Edited to say that it is actually not true that only the kick backs were Cathes. Some shoulder (front and lateral raises) triceps dips were also used.
