Hi everyone, the nice weather returned to my spot in the world :). I ran 8.5K (have a 7K fun run coming up) and added S&H chest, back and planks. Have a great day;-)

It sounds that you are feeling much better, that's great!

Another P90X morning for me, I did Core Synergistic, which is an hour long different core stuff. I like ( love?) it so much because it is DIFFERENT.
Since I was in the groove I added Ab Ripper at the end. I feel like a million dollar!

yes I do feel like my old self again. Or maybe it's that Spring has finally arrived:)
I've been looking into P90X. Sounds interesting. Unfortunately, no shipping outside the US. Maybe CKSales will start selling it?

After taking 2 of my sons to swimming lessons this morning, I came home and did 45 min. on the bike on the trainer since my dh was watching his wookworking shows. I go and get a new perm this afternoon. So I'll look puuuurrrtttyy when I come home again,LOL!!!:+ :7

Good morning...not quite sure what I'll do yet. Shoulders, bi and tri from PH or MIS, then some legs and abs too. Possibly a short aerobic session to. Hey Dutchie...I am interested in P90X too. Mari is a good salesperson! I might order before the weekend is over...:)..Carole
 
Carole, about being different. Yesterday when I was doing BI-SH-TRI for an hour only the tri kick backs was the stuff Cathe uses too. The rest was totally different. For abs, the whole thing is different (ok,except the bike manouver). I mean you work your abs, but with new more challenging moves. Tony despite his goofy style gives me the impression of an extermely knowledgeble person. He doesn't give many instructions but the few are right on target.
I guess it is quite obvious that I'm totally pschyed about this new stuff!

Edited to say that it is actually not true that only the kick backs were Cathes. Some shoulder (front and lateral raises) triceps dips were also used.
