Hi I hope all you will be OK . I have done this morning the gaunlet without the weight segments for the upper body because I want to try today, for the first time, the upper body of supersets or Push /Pull. Have fun.:)
 
I have done yet upper body of push pull (2 sets). It is a good workout in only 46 minutes. I have finish for today.
 
Sounds like a good workout Stayfit! I haven't done any of the Terminator workouts in awhile so I might tackle Imax Extreme today. I already did PH, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abs....have a great day and workouts...:)...Carole
 
Hi Stayfit, I did the premix of ankle weights from L&G and cardio condition from KP&C. Have a great day:)

Today I did a 40 min. run/walk then I did HST - cardio only and Cathe's ab marathon (KPC, ME, and PUB) and KPC stretch.

I had to work today after working really late last night, & was depressed also. So I finally got off my duff & did Power Hour, & felt SO much better!
No cardio though...tomorrow IS another day!;-)

I did a 30 min run which felt great! I was worried about running because haven't done much in awhile and thought it would be hard. My son who is 7 rode his bike as I ran and we had lots of fun! ALso did the ab marathon which felt okay although I still can't do those pikes on the ball but this morning (writing this Sunday) by abs hurt! LOL!
Great workout !

This morning I just finished Step, Jump and Pump. Going to take my rest day on Monday instead. Kim
