are you still using the endurox4? which recovery drink do you like best the gatorade mixture or endurox? Is the gatorade stuff something you mix up on your own? just curious as after a long run I am not hungry at all so I was using the endurox(fruit punch) it was doable but not the greatest tasting. One more question, if adding a 3rd day of wts,how long does it usually take to notice a difference? It probably depends on the person right? I definately have muscle ,thats not a problem and I do have defintiion in areas,but my shldrs arent responding very well,triceps ,bi's and legs are just not the shldrs,dont know why,even my forearms have good defition. I want that cut that the middles deltoid gives some of you lucky ladies! thanks sarah, and nice talking with you again!
