Just wanted to say good luck with tomorrow's run in Strongsville!!! Not sure you seen my reply on the one thread that you mentioned this on. Dress warm! Check in when you are done! I envy anyone who can run!!!

1/2 was Sunday but just returned home! It went well. I had a lot of fun. I hoped to do better but the cold was quite...cold! Since I am an amatuer, I have not yet adjusted to winter running!

On that note, I got a nice huge bite of winter weather running today at my 5 mile Turkey Trot! Pounded with snow, sluch and ice. the wind was unbelievable! At times, it felt like my eyeballs had turned to ice cubes! I cannot remember when I have had such a GREAT time!!! I wish I could do it all over again...seriously!}(

Yes cold can be cold! But you did it! A 5K in those kind of conditions today is something to be proud of also! You do make me happy I live in Calif!
