1 lb. Salmon fillets
1 Tble. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhommes's Seafood Magic seasoning blend
1 Tble. Lime juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray oven safe baking dish with Pam and place fillets into dish.

Mix all other ingredients and pour evenly over salmon. Broil about 15 minutes, but watch it close. It may take more or less time depending on your oven.

Remove from oven, and before serving, sprinkle with Butter Buds and Mrs. Dash Table Blend.

Wow! Really yummy and extremely easy!

Oh thanks HB -- I was thinking this morning at the grocery store that I would love to have a new way to prepare salmon filets -- I'm in a marinade rut -- and this looks great AND I have everything here! Woo hoo!

Here's another salmon idea for you. Do you have Costco in your city? They have a great price on a huge one-piece slab of fileted salmon -- I love to "seal" it in really good thick thousand island dressing (low fat, and this also works with any thick dressing that you like but the 1000 Island is such a nice compatible color and mild flavor), bake it at 325 til flaky (about 20 minutes for a large piece of salmon), then chill and serve sliced. You can do the same thing with little filets, too. Yummy and great for summer -- add fresh fruit, maybe some grilled veggies or just a simple tossed salad with great summer tomatoes and cucumbers, and voila, delish meal!

See, I read your mind! Thanks for your hint on the 1000 Island dressing.
