Depends on what type of definition you are looking for. Do you want a lean cut look or do you want to build mass and strength? IMHO S&H is the most intense strength & mass builder of all Cathe's workouts because you lift very heavy in a very slow and controlled manner. It requires mental focus and concentration in such a way that you may not want to do it more than 3 weeks (however it really depends on what works best for you). PS is right behind S&H in terms of strength building but has a faster rep count. I use PS more often than S&H and rotate with PUB,MIS,CTX upper,PH,ME,PP,SS. I prefer strength workouts over endurance but do both for the sake of variety and creating muscle confusion }(
