Sagging buttocks

What would you recommend for a butt that sags.

I have legs & glutes, CTX LL, Pyramid LB, PS LB and S&H LB

I will be doing upper body weighted workouts in about 6 weeks due to surgery on Jan 7th and got the go ahead to do lower body at about 4 weeks. I am walking on treadmill currently, but have all the classic step videos, plus the BodyBlast and Intensity Series, IMAX 2, Rythmic Step DVD.

Is it better to go really heavy or will my quads be more affected than buttocks?

Hi Babydollsea! Have you used the videos that you listed above or did you just recently aquire them? If you have not used them yet, they are all effective for firming the glutes. Each of these workouts has a good variety of exercises to keep your glute muscles working hard and challenged. How heavy you go is best determined by yourself over time. You'll have to see what your body responds best too. I personally like to do a variety. Sometimes I go heavy and then sometimes light. I think the muscles benefit in different ways from both approaches. Good Luck and I hope your surgery went well :)

Cathe,

Yes the surgery went very well! Thank you so much for your response. I will definitely try both approaches as you advise. Just looking at how you and your friends look in the dvd's is proof positive. I know that I will be happy with the results. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
