Saddle Bags

I'd love to know the answer, too. Just can't seem to lose them. Everything else seems to be shaping up quite nicely but my saddlebags just don't want to go away. Even when I was at my lowest weight. My upper body is well defined. Is it genetics? I can honestly say that I eat about 90% clean. My husband says that I just need to accept it.

My two cents would definitely include Butts & Guts, in addition to whatever leg work (and of course cardio) you can get your hands on. It seems like when you round out and lift the tuchus area it pulls everything tighter and improves the saddlebag situation. But for me, that's where I store my surplus, and no matter what there'll always be something there. Even if you look at supertoned supertiny bikini models, there's usually a little bit there holding on for dear life. I just try to make mine as nicely shaped as is possible for me. I've noticed standing up straight can make a big difference too. Mine can go from eek  to barely there just by holding myself right.
