Hi,
I was just reading some reviews of some books that have been discussed here in the past, Expecting Fitness and Exercising Through Your Pregnancy. In one review for Exercising Through Your Pregnancy, someone wrote, that in the book it says that exercisers, according to the author's studies, usually deliver earlier, but still full term: 37 - 38 week mark. Then, I was reading a review for Expecting Fitness and in one the reviewer wrote that she delivered 2 weeks late, and that the book had warned of this. So I am just wondering what it says in the book about why you may deliver late if you exercise. I was going to order the book but since I am already 27 weeks by the time I got it and read it, I figure I will be at the end of my pregnancy anyway.
Also, what is everyone else's experiences with either delivering early or late and exercising. I know with my first pregnancy, I didn't exercise very regularly and I delivered one week early. With my second and third I worked out 5-6 days a week right up until delivery and I was 8 days late with both of them. I know there are many factors besides exercising that can affect when you deliver but I am just curious
Thank you and sorry this got so long.
