Why does Cathe only do 2 sets of overhead press? She does three sets of everything else. And does anybody add on that third set or just do it as Cathe does?

Only Cathe knows the answer to this.
Maybe she forgot?
Maybe she wanted to concentrate on the other exercises?
Maybe she expects us to go as heavy as we can with good form and reaching failure after two sets?
 
I've wondered this too. Also, it seems like the presses should go before the isolation moves. I think I asked Cathe about that ages ago but didn't get an answer.
