S&H series

Hi I'm not sure how helpful this is but I like to do S&H with gym styles. I do each of the 3 sections in S&H twice in a week. Then the next week I do the same thing each of the 3 gym styles. I usually try do do this for about a month adding cardio in about twice a week. Then I take 2-3 weeks for more endurance type training and mixing it up a little, but I cut back to about 4 days a week instead of 6.

Before I had gym styles I did the S&H series contiously for 3 weeks at a time. Hope it helps, its a great series and I've seen such great strength advances with it.

I haven't done S&H for a while, but P90X is a similar split, and I do those one a week each. With S&H, I would do each of the upper body once a week (adding shoulders to the arms workout), and do two different lower bodies during the week (probably PLB and GSL) because I don't like S&H lower body.

what does P90X stand for? pure strength?
