S&H rotation

Lori A. Bailey Hi, I had a question about how often I need to do the upper body on S&H? I just started it again today and as tough as it is I wonder if doing it just once a week each body part is enough. I used to doing upper body at least 2-3 times per week. Heres what I thought I would do, does this seem good enough? Mon. shoulders, biceps, triceps Tues. Legs and glutes ( I'm not fond of s&h legs) Wed.. chest , back thur. Legs and glutes Any advice would be great!! Lori
