S & H Rotation & Cardio

Hi all! Can someone tell me where you get your rotations? I just got the S & H DVD and would love to have a rotation for putting on some serious muscle. Along those lines, have any of you had any success with limiting your cardio during heavy weight rotations? If so, how much cardio did you do?
 
I am on my third week of my S&H rotation. I have not seen any negetive results from limiting my cardio, which for the past 2 weeks,has only been twice a week!! Body wise, I don't think three weeks is enough to notice that big of a change..not in muscle hypertrophy or fat loss. My muscles seem a little more "pumped" but I think that is more from the nature of the lifting in S&H than from real muscle gain. Just hard for me to believe you can gain lots of muscle tissue in three weeks.

However, I am concerned with my cardiovascular capacity diminishing. I do not want that. One of my cardios every week is IMAX, but last week the cardio part felt a little tough so this week I am going to try to get out for cardio a few more times. It is just that once I really upped my weights and tacked on a few extra exercises, I am spending most of my "off" time very sore!!LOL!! Hard to do cardio when you can't walk!!:)

I think for three weeks dimimishing your cardio is not going to kill you. But it will take some work when you get back to it. I would say try to do cardio ATLEAST three times per week during S&H, one of those being IMAX, to help offset or prevent the cardiovascular loss.
