S&H Reversed

Hi Guys!
I just did S&H Legs and Shoulders reversing the counts - 6 counts on the negative and 2 on the contraction (the opposite of what Cathe does on the tape). Didn't feel too much difference on Legs (I've been working my legs 6 days per week on the Lower Body Solution), but my shoulders were screaming! (I used the same weights as I usually do with this tape). I just needed to shake things up a bit and thought I'd give it a go. Has anyone else tried this? Whatcha think?

Sometimes I will do this with the chest work on the third set of each exercise. It breaks this up for me a little and I love the way it feels! I'm doing shoulders today and will give it a try!

I have done it that way quite a bit because I have always resisted a long time in the negative portion of a lift.

I think it is harder to do the six count on the positive, but that could be because I have always resisted slowly on the negative.
