OK, I got the barbell last night. I was trying to decide what plates to get. The guy at the store suggested 5lb. I ended up with 2 2& 1/2s and 2 5lbs. So how heavy to do think the barbell is with 15 lbs of plates? I think this is really going to challenge me and I'm looking forward to getting the full benefits of Slow and Heavy. I can't wait to get home and work out tonight. And with the hubby being gone, I might be able to fit 2 tapes in! Yippee!
