S&H, PS, Power Hour

I read from somewhere on the forum that I should do PS series once a week for 6 weeks and S&H 3 weeks. Where should I put Power Hour? I also have the Firm Upper and Lower Body (from v.1 - 6). Should I even try to do all of these together? (I also spin a few times a week for cardio)

Also, after these 9 week routine is over, will it be ok if I go back to the same rotation?

Thanks!

Hi Susie! PS and Slow and Heavy are designed to help you build strength. Power Hour helps you build muscular endurance. Define your goals and then focus your workouts primarily around achieving your goal. If strength is your goal, do as you listed above and then do power hour for two weeks to give your body active recovery time from strength training(while also enhancing your muscle endurance fibers). I always like to do both forms of training anyway because they each provide wonderful benefits to our bodies. I just make sure that I do more of whatever my focus is. Oh yes, after you have done a rotation, you can go back and repeat it. Good Luck!

Thanks a lot Cathe! My goal is to tone up and see definition (is that what you call strength?) and lose 5 - 10lbs. I think what you outlined should work very well for me. I've only used your PS for a few weeks (although I have had it for a while) and I could see my biceps almost rightaway. I was so surprised and pleased and ordered S&H immediately to work with it!

If I were to use another one or two strength workouts to work with all these three, what should I get? and how should I rotate?

Thank you!
