Would like to know how you suggest pairing upper body work in a two-day rotation:
S&H pairs Chest,Back /Triceps,Biceps /Shoulders (Legs) (Which group would I work shoulders with?)
GS pairs Back,Shoulder,Biceps/ Chest,Triceps.
I have S&H and it's easy enough to split up being it's all on one DVD. Which grouping is more advantageous? Thanks!
