Forgive me if this has been asked before. I am getting back into working out after a broken foot. Mostly step for the last 2 months. It is doing nothing for losing the weight I gained so I need to get back into strenght training. What do you think would help me the most and how many times a week?
I was thinking of doing endurance twice a week such as power hour and muscle endurance or if I do the heavier weight lifting how many times should I do SH in a week? Once per body part or twice?
