OK, I did S&H Chest & Back this AM and did only 2 sets of those exercises where Cathe does 3, and it shaved 15min off the total workout time.
Here's the breakdown:
CHEST & BACK
Warm-up 3min
Chest 18min (originally 26.5min)
Back 11.5min (originally 18min)
Superman 3min
Planks 5min
Stretch 2min
TOTAL: 43min (originally 58min)
This is great news, since I was able to lift even heavier than before since I only had 2 sets to make it through - and this means I can squeeze this workout in under 45 min now. (I usually skip the warm-up, stretch & supermans, so that makes it only 35 min! Yahoo!).
I'll post the final list for all three as soon as I time them.
I'm so HAPPY to be back on a S&H rotation! I missed it! These tapes are exceptional.
