Wow - I ordered S&H yesterday around 3:00pm, and it arrived today just after 1:00 pm. Less than a day! And this is for normal UPS ground shipping. Now that's service! I wish I could try the workout now but I just did PS series this week and need to rest up! I will try it on Monday. Can't wait!
