Hi Rhonda! LOL I'm still working on it believe me! I just need my son, Craig to take some pictures of myself & then he can scan them into the computer. I have no idea how to do this. Perhaps you & Diane Sue can tell me how to go about it. When I get my new outfits from ActiveU I'll have some pics taken of me.

Diane Sue likes to work her upper body 2x a week whereas for me I like to work my upper body 1x a week as well as lower body. I use P90X's Classic rotation. Since I've been taking 2 rest days I have less stress & its working better for me. Diane Sue was kind enough to give me a leg workout & its been going well. I've gotten a good pump in my legs. As Kathy says, I like to work everything two times a week. I have done 3 times doing endurance and circuits. It would depend on how heavy I was lifting doing endurance. Before I started lifting as heavy as I do now I would do upper two times and lower three. I think the heavier you lift the more time you need too recuperate. I just haven't quite hit the point where I feel like I need to cut down yet. Kathy, my DH does my pics for me. I have a camera that we just download the pics right to the computer. The program I have formats them and everything so I can send them through the e mail. That is all I know how to do. You have to put them on a website somewhere then you can post. It is so much fun seeing everyones pics.
