They're mid-high, white w/blue trim.

That is from the original Bootcamp workout; they were Ryka Enlight II. Ryka no longer makes that shoe.

Ahhhh Yeah! Love mine...they are high enough for support but not uncomfortable in any way! Love these shoes and i bought them from walkingsue! She ships very very fast!

I haven't tried these myself but I think these are what "replaced" the Enlight IIs, and they have the blue trim you mentioned.
