Ryka Aerobic Shoes

I currently have a pair of Ryka Cirrus shoes that are about 2 years old. I need to get a new pair of aerobic shoes but they no longer make this style( I love these shoes!). Does anyone here have or know the difference between the Ryka Rhythm or Enlight? Unfortunately the stores I went to do not carry them in stock but can order them. I hate to buy a shoe without trying it on first but this may be the only way to get them. TIA

I have just researched this exact question! I too loved the Cirrus and would stick with it to the death if possible. The Enlight has the hi top style of the Cirrus but the Rhythm has greater shock absorption and is the top of the Ryka range for cushioning in an aerobic shoe. It is marketed to instructors and frequent participants, aka, you and me!

I went with the Rhythm and very quickly got used to the fact that it is sloghtly lower cut than the Cirrus.i.e. 2 weeks later, I don't notice it anymore.

Make your choice!!!

Hi,
I checked out the website, but they no longer have the Ryka Stylus available. They have a sneaker called the Ryka hi-top trainer. Do you know if this is an aerobic sneaker? The description did not specify. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your input. When I went to Ryka's website, the bottom of the Enlight looked exactly like the Cirrus but I like the idea that the Rhythm has more cushioning. I might order both since Lady Foot Locker has free shipping and I can return them to the store if I don't like them

Yes, that is the Stylus (it is high top). They just don't say it. Atleast they look EXACTLY like my Stylus' from another company. Even if they weren't, they would still be a great deal. Pull up Ryka Stylus on the net and compare the look. It is exact.


Sorry you couldn't find your size JJ. Guess you will have to spend the big bucks!!
