Happy Monday Morning! How is everyone doing!?

On the rotation schedule, phase 3 begins today. I am one week behind those still following the rotation b/c I repeated a week. Is anyone still following it?

Since Hardcore came out I've been trying to do Gymstyle/MuscleMax stuff instead of the P90X muscle titles. I still can't get the lowerbody workout out of P90X that I can get out of Cathe. Cathe's lower body is the best.

The upper body stuff, though, is a nice complement to Cathe's. That virus I had set me back but I'm not going to redraw my rotation or anything, just plow ahead and damn those cellulite-ridden torpedoes.

Today I did GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps. My biceps are still quivering! I felt good all day yesterday after doing Imax2--it was such a change from trying to do it at the beginning of this rotation. Even after my virus, I lasted through the entire thing!

I'm still on Phase 1 3rd week. I went to the Gym and did Spinning today since I missed the 2 cardios last week. I'm beginning to get stronger on push ups.
 
Hi Everyone!

I'm back from Orlando, and ate like a pig the entire time. Pizza, cheesecake, B52 shooters, you name it. My only workouts were brisk morning walks with my sister. Good thing it was a rest week.

Yesterday I did P90X chest and back and ARX. This morning I did Imax3. I can't believe how out of it I am after taking one week off. Imax3 was so hard!

I'm also starting to agree with many of you about the Cathe leg work. I'm thinking my thighs and hips are suffering from not doing Cathe's glute and leg workouts. I'm going to start subbing them in for the P90X ones.

Hey all, I am on a different week than you all but I did one last total body weight workout this morning before resting from weights for this week. I did Power Hour w/abs from C&W. Tonight I am going to the gym for my cardio class (advanced step aerobics). I rarely double up but I rested an extra day yesterday and I wanted to get those weights out of the way to rest the rest of the week. I am very hapy to be able to attend my cardio class twice this week at the gym! :)

I am not seeing an issue with legs but I have been supplementing a little bit with some ankle weight work from Cathe's different series.

I am traveling on Sat. - Mon. so I need to figure out what to bring with me to work out while I am there. Good thing it is a rest week b/c it will basically be cardio and I won't have to haul weights along with me. I figure that if I can get in two workouts and walk on the third day, that is good. I will probably have to stat next week on Tuesday rather than Monday, unless I have the energy to work out after all that driving Monday.

Ladies questions... I want to purchase the bootcamp/endurance dvd. but b/f i do i want to know is similar to the terminator b/c ihave it already.

any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Shoulders and Arms = DONE !!! Able to up my weights and feeling really cool about it!!! Have a good workout!!!:)
 
Dominican, you are an animal! I can't tell you the difference because I never did Terminator. But Bootcamp is a good all-over workout: cardio, core, muscle work. And Muscle Endurance is one of those lighter-weights/many-reps kinds of workout. I don't like those as much but a friend of mine swears by them.

Today I did Step Blast--I've been craving it. Tomorrow a good leg workout: I'm trying to decide on GS Legs again, or do PLB or Leaner Legs. I might even do my Mistress Krista leg workout.

Christine, I say take core and cardio workouts.

Unexpected Rest Day!

My dog was up all night with the... ahem... squirts ... and I am dead tired. I'm just going to stretch, or do nothing. I won't take the day off this weekend I usually take.

Amazon - god I needed a good laugh today. Thank you! I have two doggies of my own so I TOTALLY understand! ;)

I did Power Hour yesterday for one last total body workout before the rest period. I also got all ready for the gym and when I got there, the class was cancelled. x( That's okay though b/c it was just extra! This morning I did a Kick Max premix (The 58 minute Lo Impact max).

I did shoulders and arms and ARX this morning. Along with RACH, I also upped my weights. That makes a totally different workout!

Is anyone actually using the sheets to record their poundage and number of reps? I haven't been, and will start.

AMAZON thank you for your respond. I i just did 20min strecth from HC. and took the day off. i am trying a new plan. i am going to work on skip days to see how things go.

Because i was loosing to much weight. and thats a no no for me at this time.

but the days that i dont exercise. i feeling like the cathe is calling me all the time. and i see myself fighting against that day off.

It feels totally empowering, doesn't it? I survived Plyo X today. Slightly lightheaded by the end but atleast I didn't quit halfway like the first time. I like to end these workouts with Powerman 2000's " Super Nova" and " When Worlds Collide". Noisy Obnoxious music!!!

Today i did upperbody premix for 30min/30min of HC Timesaver from tricep...i forgot the other one and abs. i feel good

Hey all! Let's see where I left off...I did Muscle Max yesterday and then High Step Challenge today. I am leaving to travel tomorrow and taking Kick Max and KPC with me for Saturday and Sunday and my MP3 player with me for Monday morning (before I get back in the car to come home). I start phase 3 of the P90X rotation on Monday evening or Tuesday morning, depending on how I feel after 5 or 6 hours of travel ;) If I have to do it Tuesday, my plan is to double up on Tuesday with weights in the morning and my cardio class at the gym in the evening and pick up again on Wed. with weights again. It's different body parts, so I should be okay.

I hope to check in while I am gone but if I can't, Happy Easter to all that celebrate!

Hello, all!

The pup is better, thank goodness. I've got one 3-month-old puppy and one 12-year-old dog and the pup is the one with the diarrhea. The vet said I could give him Kaopectate. That little guy LOVES his Kaopectate. Can you believe it? The peppermint flavor!

Okay, so Thursday I did Leaner Legs and Friday I did my Yoga Zone Flexibility DVD. Today I am so bad, I didn't do anything at all, just took a walk around the block with my older dog, who is feeling left out since the puppy gets all the attention.

Tomorrow I have to dodge Easter candy.

I have to tell you that the puppy sees me holding the eyedropper full of pink peppermint Kaopectate and he can't run fast enough to get some! It's so funny!

I could actually put it in a bowl and he would lap it up.
