I am not a runner, but I notice some rotations call out for 3 and 5 mile runs. What cardio VHS or DVD could I substitute here - a hour long step workout like Step Works or Power Max or Rhythmic Step or SB? One of these days, maybe I'll learn to run and like it :)

Do you have access to an elliptical by any chance? That would be a good sub. Otherwise just do any Cathe cardio. I used to sub with hi/lo personally only because I did a ton of step the rest of the time.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have access to an elliptical, but I like your idea of doing Hi/Lo in place - you're right, we do a lot of step otherwise! Thanks again!
 
How 'bout kickboxing as alternate cardio? That burns a helluva lotta calories and gives you a great and - IMO - fun workout.
