Runners - Help!

Hi All,

I am not a runner and tonight's workout calls for PUB and 30 minutes of running - please advise what Cathe or Amy Xtreme workout you'd suggest that I could do that would be comparable to 30 minutes of running.

Jane-I'd sub just about any steady-state cardio. When I have to sub for a run, I use any Cathe step workout. Step Works, Ryhthmic Step, and Low Max top my top 3 for subbing for a run.
