Hi Everyone,
hope the day is going great for all.
Karen-- great job on the speedwork. I'm impressed you are going right into another race.
Christine -- I love your Jimmy Buffet quote. It reminds me to stretch to see the good....I sent it to my brother who has been dealing with a lot of negativity from other family members lately.
Gayle -- Sorry to hear you are sick. I like vegetarian broth with garlic when I am sick, it seems to clear my head....I hope you feel better soon.
Carole -- How was your 6 mile run?
Sarah -- a massage sounds great. Have fun on your recovery run. I loved your account of the marathon. It was really inspiring.
Elaine -- I can't wait to see your training plan. How does the elliptical fit into your weekly training? I read some about it in Matt Fitzgerald's book on Cross Training and am curious how it impacts your running.
Shelly C -- Kickmax + 6-9 mile run? Yikes, you are incredible.
Mattea-- I didn't know you were vegan. I'm vegan as of this past November, staring with going Dairy-free in August. I feel loads better. It's great your husband has joined you. My husband is partially vegan -- because I do most of the cooking, but he's feeling healthier lately, too.
Today is an easy day for me. Muscle Max upper body only done in push-pull kind of style, walk a few miles on the treadmill and a little Turbo Jam to get the core and low back in working order. Tomorrow is supposed to be a speed run day for me, but I am feeling a little creaky and may put it off until Thursday.
