I have another LOOONNGG work day ahead, and it's so early}( But I've already completed the 80 min. Push/Pull premix, which is a pretty good endurance workout when you need a change from MM, ME, PH, MM, ME, PH, MM, ME, PH...you get the idea
If I'm feeling up to it I may do a quick three mile steady state this pm, or maybe a nice long after dinner walk with DH.
