Runners and the Garmin 405

I use the fuel belt (http://fuelbelt.com/). It took me several tries to get used to it. For my first three years running, I always wore a camelbak, which worked great for half-marathons. When I started training for a full, though, I found I needed to do energy gels for fuel, and it's recommended you chase those down with water rather than electrolyte drinks (which is what I used to carry in my camelbak). Since I could only have one type of fluid in my camelbak, I had to switch to the fuel belt--which I'd tried before and HATED because it bounced. I tried it again and guess what? I was using the wrong size! I switched to a smaller size and it was just the right snugness. No more bouncing :).

It does give me a muffin top, but I think I'll need to get rid of that in other ways LOL!
