RTTC - can you do all of the reps??

I did this workout for the second time today and WOW, do I love it! (So, thanks, Wendy! I bought this and S&L because you kept raving!) I just love the idea of the compound moves even though they're killing me in the moment, lol.

Anyway, I know I have to play around with my weights some to figure out what's going to work best, but even so, it was REALLY tough on some of those moves to complete all the reps. Particularly the deadlift/row combo - for some reason, I was just dying at that point. I was worried about injury with bad form, so I didn't do a lot of the fast, single reps. I really prefer the 2-2 count.

So... are you doing all of the reps???

I loved this workout. Only did it once and I definitely felt it for the next couple of days. I did all the reps and I followed whatever weight Jari was using except for the overhead press. I had to switch from 8# to 5# in the middle. That one really killed me. I love deadlifts so that wasn't a problem for me. I can't wait to do this workout again. I loved all the compound moves although the ab work wasn't that great. This is one of my favorite total body workouts now.

I can do all of the reps but there are some exercises that I may have to switch to a lighter weight in order to do so! It's a killer, that's for sure!}(

RTTC stands for Ripped to the Core.

I had some trouble with the back work and the overhead presses while squatting off the side of the step. I did have to lower my weights to finish, and I did skip some reps.

I like this workout (and her others). I am focusing more now on endurance, so I appreciate the lower weights and higher reps! Looking forward to her next one, which is supposed to be out early November!

It's going to be like Christmas here soon, with all the new workouts that I've ordered arriving! Very exciting!!!!:p

question for you gals that use these. Do you do one evryday or skip a day in between? Just wondering since they are endurance based.

I'd NEVER be able to live through Jari 2 days in a row! Well, atleast not with the weight I use. Maybe if I took it down a BIG notch I could if I wanted to...:)

The running is going GREAT! I've done 2 races and was supposed to run another tomorrow as a matter of fact but I'm coming down with a cold and running when you can't breathe is NOT advisable!:p I'm super bummed as I was supposed to run with a friend so I feel bad but she's going anyway and I can't wait to hear how she does!:)

I started off averaging 12 minute miles and now I'm closer to 10 min miles! WOOH!}(
 
I did it for the 1st time today. I matched Jari except for the overhead presses I went to 5#, but on the deadlifts I used 10's instead of her 8's, and on the tri work I used 5's instead of her 3's..so...DOMS could be on the way...:)
