I did this workout for the second time today and WOW, do I love it! (So, thanks, Wendy! I bought this and S&L because you kept raving!) I just love the idea of the compound moves even though they're killing me in the moment, lol.
Anyway, I know I have to play around with my weights some to figure out what's going to work best, but even so, it was REALLY tough on some of those moves to complete all the reps. Particularly the deadlift/row combo - for some reason, I was just dying at that point. I was worried about injury with bad form, so I didn't do a lot of the fast, single reps. I really prefer the 2-2 count.
So... are you doing all of the reps???
